*HSC/Graduate +6 months of experience in a Voice process with a BPO.

*SSC +1 year of experience in international BPO for Voice.


Excellent Communication Skills:

Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (24*7)

Age should be between 18 Years to 40 Years

Job Description Customer Service Associates :

  • Making Inbounds & Outbound Calls

  • No Sales/ No targets.

  • Handling calls and resolving customer queries

  • Maintaining data.

  • 5 days working.

  • Rotations week Off.

  • Night shift job (US Shift)

  • Good English communication skills are required.

  • HSC (exp) / Graduates may apply.

  • Experienced 6m / Freshers may also apply but must have Good spoken English communication skills.
