Salary: 21k - 25k In hand.

Process: Inbound, Outbound Calling.


Job Description

  • Inbound & Outbound calls for the property management company

  • Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Good Follow UP skills required, calling, Provider outreach program, etc.


Key skills:

  • Good at communication skill

  • Good computer skills.

  • Ready to work in night shift (Rotational Shift)

  • Ready to work in the voice process.

  • Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.

  • Preferably Immediate to 15 days joiners.
