Process – Inbound / Outbound Process for Property Management Company
Inbound, Outbound Calls
Time – Males 24/7 Support (Working Time) / 2 week offs
Compensation (Depending on Experience CTC will Differ).
Rotational Shift and Shift Rosters are published every month.
Joining will be product training.

Displaying complete onus to customers’ queries/problems
Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
Escalating customer issues to the proper internal managers or channel
Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer satisfaction
Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by
Complying with service guidelines
Achieving Call Quality targets
Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication
Service mindset
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Good comprehension skills
Team player with a positive attitude
No Pickup Drop
